The required strengthening was documented and agreed. The civil scope prepared the premises for a separately appointed fit-out team, with the handover boundary identified.
Aldona: family home on a falling plot
Property: three-bedroom, ground-plus-one house, 220 sq m built-up area.
Our scope: foundations, RCC structure, masonry, plaster and external drainage.
Key issues: approximately 900 mm fall towards the entrance, variable excavation and uphill runoff.
Surveyed levels, engineer-specified stepped details, controlled fill and runoff interception were coordinated. A completion flow check revealed local ponding beside the entrance channel; the paving fall was corrected and retested before snag closure.

Look at the sequence and responsibility: what was discovered, which professional reviewed it, how the owner approved changes and which records were retained. The same solution is not automatically suitable for a nearby plot or another building.
